- Can I start Basil for free?
- Yes. Create a workspace and start on the free allowance — no credit card required. Paid plans unlock higher limits, multi-outlet, and priority support.
- Are prices per outlet?
- Retail, restaurant, salon, pharmacy, workshop, and clinic plans are billed per outlet or branch. Fleet is per vehicle. WhatsApp packs are per WhatsApp workspace — same price alone or as an add-on on a Basil store.
- Does pricing include GST?
- Listed plan prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless your checkout receipt shows otherwise. WhatsApp Meta conversation fees are billed by Meta at cost and are separate from Basil pack fees.
